From the moment you arrive, the space is alive. The sauna is not a silent zone — it’s a warm, communal room filled with conversation, shared energy, and human connection. Move freely between the sauna and the ice bath while a curated playlist sets the tone, softening the body, clearing the mind, and preparing you for the night’s musical journey.

🎧 Dance Floor — Music as Medicine

Three DJs guide the emotional arc of the night — deep, organic, tribal, and cosmic grooves. Each set opens a new layer of movement, release, and exploration, inviting your body to express and your mind to expand.

At midnight, we slow everything down. We gather for a grounding, guided meditative closure — a shared landing to integrate the night, calm the nervous system, and leave in connection and clarity.

🥤 BAR & SNACKS (Alcohol-Free) A curated selection of energizing and hydrating drinks:

• Electrolyte blends, Herbal & cacao elixirs, natural tonics & shots
• Infusions & functional beverages
• Light snacks to refuel throughout the night
• No alcohol is served — this is a fully sober, clarity-driven experience.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

• Swimsuit (no underwear in the sauna or ice bath)
• Sandals
• Water bottle (no glass)—🥤 Elixir bar available for drinks & snacks.
• 2 large towels (required to sit in the sauna) + 1 extra for shower
• 🧺 Towel rental available — $150 MXN each
• 🔒 Secure lockers available.
• ⚠️ All belongings must stay inside your locker — please do not leave bags downstairs.

PROTECT THE SPACE

• Treat it as shared sacred ground.
• Keep areas tidy, use lockers, no glass, and no bags on the floor.
• Protect the Wood: Sit only on towels inside the sauna.
• No drinks or sandals inside the sauna.
• Do not throw water, oils, or any substances onto the heater.
• Enter completely dry — no dripping water on benches or floors.
• Keep the space dry: After the shower or ice bath, dry yourself fully before coming back in.
